We’re so excited you’re here. Whether you’ve just placed an order or are getting ready to, thank you for supporting MIA MORITZ. As a small business built on community, every order truly means so much to us.

Please review the information below regarding shipping and delivery.


SHIPPING CARRIER

All orders are shipped via UPS.

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.


SHIPPING RATES

We offer:

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts).
• A flat rate shipping fee of $8 for orders under $100.

Free shipping promotions apply to standard domestic shipping only and may not apply during special promotional events unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

While many orders ship sooner, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order cannot be processed within 5 business days, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your UPS tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates once the package has been shipped.

DELIVERY & LIABILITY

Once your order has been transferred to UPS and marked as shipped, MIA MORITZ is no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

This includes packages that are:

• Delayed by the carrier
• Lost during transit
• Marked as delivered but not received
• Stolen after delivery

In these situations, customers must file a claim directly with UPS.

We strongly encourage customers to ensure delivery accuracy and consider secure delivery locations.


INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to correct the address prior to shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package re-shipped.


RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.


SHIPPING A GIFT

We’re happy to help you send a gift — let’s spread the love.

For gift shipments, please provide at checkout:

• Recipient’s full name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Email (if applicable)

Gift receipts are available upon request.


FORCE MAJEURE

MIA MORITZ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays
• Labor strikes
• Supply chain disruptions
