We understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth and supportive as possible — while also protecting the integrity of our small business.
Please review our return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (for online purchases) or 14 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases).
To initiate a return, please email returns@miamoritz.com with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, all items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged (free from stains, tears, loose threads, missing buttons, etc.)

Odor-free (no fragrances, smoke, deodorant, etc.)

With original tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
Approved returns are eligible for:
• Store credit only, or
• An exchange for an item of equal or lesser value (subject to availability)
We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
Store credit does not expire.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
ONLINE RETURNS
To initiate an online return:
Email returns@miamoritz.com with the subject line:
“RETURN – [Your Full Name] – Order #[Order Number]”
Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of written approval.
Returns shipped after the 7-day approval window will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. MIA MORITZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide photo proof
• Include your order number
• We will provide a return label if the error was on our end
While we perform quality checks on all items, we will gladly correct any confirmed issue at no cost to you.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or discounted items
• Jewelry
• Hats
• Bodysuits
• Undergarments (bras, underwear, boxers, etc.)
• Beauty/personal care products
• Food items
• Gift cards
Additionally, items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, odor-affected, missing tags, or returned without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS
If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements:
• The return will be denied
• The item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense
If a return is sent without approval, it will not be processed.
POLICY PROTECTION
As a small business, our return policy helps protect us from fraud and abuse while allowing us to continue serving our community with intention and care. MIA MORITZ reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or policy abuse.
